Certification is a separate application to the state for the credential itself. This is also why moving districts usually means being screened again. The result sits with the district that requested it rather than travelling with you, and districts don't generally retrieve each other's screenings. Ask your new district's HR whether they need a fresh submission before you assume the old one carries over, and get their ORI while you're on the call.

State and federal processing typically returns a result within a few business days, and posting to a board or to the Clearinghouse follows from there.
