These are separate submissions under separate ORIs, and one does not automatically satisfy the other. Both are Level 2 screenings under the same statute; they simply route to different agencies for different purposes.
There is some good news in how the agencies now share data. The Clearinghouse is used by the Department of Health, AHCA, DCF, and APD, which means a current result can sometimes be retrieved across those routes rather than repeated. Whether it applies to your situation depends on the profession and the timing. Ask us before booking a second appointment — we'd rather check than take a fee you didn't need to spend.

Applying by endorsement still requires Florida screening under a Florida ORI. Your out-of-state licence doesn't carry the screening across.
